Walaa One thanks its customers for their interest in the Points Program (the “Program”). It is a customer points program offered by Walaa One to its registered users so that they can collect points (“Points Rewards”) for use under the terms and conditions mentioned below:
These terms and conditions form the basis of the program. It is the responsibility of members to read and understand the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Rules” or the “Rules”) before they join the Loyalty One program. The terms are set out below;
By accessing this program using this website or by joining the program, you agree to comply with these program rules in addition to the legal conditions stipulated by Walaone.com, including, but not limited to, the website terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the privacy and the terms and conditions of the discount program. Due to a system failure, some delays may occur between the time of collecting points for eligible products and services and the time of updating points in the program member's account. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that Walaa One is updated and informed of any errors that may result from this.

Accumulation/acquisition of points:
Buying a product or service from partners selected by Walaa One.

Transfer points between members.
Walaa One may, at its sole discretion, offer opportunities to redeem points for other products or services. Points may not be redeemed for any product or service except as expressly permitted by Walaa One.

Expiry of points:
The points collected expire after 12 months, or if the member closes his or her account, the points in that account will be cancelled. As stipulated in the program rules, Walaa One has the right to cancel all or some of the accumulated points in the member's account if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the member has violated these provisions or is a partner in any fraud, deliberate lying, exploitation or other bad behavior.
Points that must expire are cancelled on a first-come, first-served basis; members will be notified before their points expire to allow them the opportunity to redeem (spend) these points.

Liability and liability limits:
Walaa One is not responsible for any damages of any nature. Accordingly, members waive Walaa One's claim for such damages (whether direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, accidental, consequential or other, whether stipulated in a contract, abuse, total liability or others, even if Walaa One is informed of the possibility of such damages) that may result from: participation in the program (including, but not limited to, the collection or use of points or any product, service or affiliated activities related to the program);
The acts, omissions, products or services of any person or company that offers its services or offers in connection with the program; and/or
Any failure or delay arising from the use of this website including, without limitation, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in transmission, or computer viruses.

Miscellaneous provisions:
Walaa One has the right, at its sole discretion, and from time to time, to offer members the opportunity to collect additional points when they purchase certain products or services in any way in addition to additional products. These offers may be of a temporary nature. Walaa One also reserves the right to amend or cancel these offers at any time. These offers are also considered cancelled in places prohibited by the system. Walaa One decides the amount of points offered at its sole discretion. All special offers that include points or a program are also subject to these program rules.
The claim for non-added points must be received within two months (120 days) from the date of the purchase of such services, offers or products eligible for these points. Members should make sure that the points collected have been successfully added to their account. If members believe they have collected points but have not been successfully added to their account, they should provide the necessary documents or any evidence acceptable to Walaa One, which may include, but are not limited to, invoices and other receipts.

The products and/or services selected to collect points and/or the amount of points that will be accumulated are subject to changes made by Walaa One at any time and without any warning or liability towards members. Walaa One reserves the right to review, amend, change or discontinue products or services that entitle members to use their points to replace them, in part or in full, and/or the amount of points needed to replace any product or service. Walaa One reserves the right to amend or discontinue the program or change, cancel or withdraw any of the terms and conditions at its discretion and without the need to give any reason at any time.
Walaa One reserves the right to suspend membership in the program - current or new - for a temporary or permanent period of time. Participating outlets and program partners may be changed from time to time at the disposal of Walaa One. Walaa One will strive to update this and add accurate information on its website www.walaone.com. about such change, cancellation, addition, withdrawal or amendment. It is the responsibility of the member to read these terms and conditions carefully and accept them.
The continuity of your membership means your acceptance to abide by the latest terms and conditions applicable from time to time. If you do not agree (and are unable to comply) with any of the terms and conditions, we recommend that you withdraw and cancel your membership. The benefits and offers offered to you through the program may be changed or withdrawn without prior announcement. Walaa One will not assume any responsibility as a result of these actions.
Walaa One has the right to amend the method in which points are earned or redeemed, including the number of points earned and the value of such points, and will seek to inform you of such changes in advance. Walaa One will not be responsible for any illegal use or misuse of the program or the points collected through it.
If benefits, benefits or arrangements are granted or become due to a member as a result of his membership or membership, whether this is granted by Walaa One or by the program partners, the member becomes personally responsible for all costs, taxes, additional values, expenses, claims or obligations resulting from the provisions or availability of these benefits, benefits or arrangements.

This is for the following purposes: -
To ensure the effectiveness of the program's work and to earn and recover the value of points.
To provide information about the program. To develop/provide new products and services.
For accounting and financial auditing purposes.
For the purposes of shopping, market research and analysis for the purpose of transparency as legally required. To inform you and send you offers, services, products and features provided by Walaa One or by program partners to you.
To help plan, develop and operate the program. To participate with program partners and allow them to use and/or keep it for any of the purposes mentioned, including contacting you directly in relation to the program. Program and reward points have no material value and may therefore not be exchanged for money, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Walaa One does not assume any responsibility for the actions of its partners in any program related to the transfer or accumulation of points.
Responsibility for income tax in points, if any, is the responsibility of the member.
When a member requests to use or obtain the services, benefits, features or arrangements provided, the provision of such services, benefits, features or arrangements will be subject to all the terms and conditions of the provider of benefits, features or arrangements above.
The terms and conditions published from time to time on Walaa One's website www.walaone.com are final and binding and supersede these terms and conditions and other information provided here about the program.
