The Points Program is a loyalty program offered by WalaOne to its registered users, allowing them to accumulate points (Reward Points) to use according to the terms and conditions listed below:These terms and conditions form the basis of the program, and it is the responsibility of the members (hereinafter referred to as the "Program Rules" or "Rules") to read and understand them before joining the WalaOne program. The terms are listed as follows:By accessing this program through this website or by joining the program, you agree to be bound by these Program Rules in addition to the legal terms on the WalaOne website, including, but not limited to, the website’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Discount Program Terms and Conditions.Due to system constraints, there may be delays between the time of earning points for eligible products and services and the time the points are updated in the member’s account. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that their points are updated and to report any errors to WalaOne.

Accumulating / Earning Points
‍Purchasing a product or service from selected partners chosen by WalaOne.Wallet Charging: Users can charge their wallet with points through available methods within the app, such as electronic payments via credit cards, debit cards, or any other means supported by the app.Earning points through promotional campaigns provided by WalaOne.By accessing this program through this website or by joining the program, you agree to be bound by these Program Rules in addition to the legal terms on the WalaOne website. WalaOne may, at its discretion, offer opportunities to redeem points for other products or services. Points cannot be redeemed for any product or service unless explicitly permitted by WalaOne.

Non-Refundable Points
‍Once the wallet is charged with points, the points cannot be refunded under any circumstances or converted into any other form of payment (such as cash or bank credit). The added points are final and non-reversible.

Using Points
Points can only be used within the app to purchase offers, discounts, or vouchers, or through any other available channels for customers.The points that are charged cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to another person.Points are non-transferable between different accounts within the app.

Points Expiration
‍Points that are accumulated or purchased will expire after 12 months. If a member closes their account, the points in that account will be canceled. As stipulated by the Program Rules, WalaOne has the right to cancel some or all of the points accumulated in a member’s account if it determines, at its discretion, that the member has violated these terms, participated in any fraudulent activity, deliberate deceit, exploitation, or other misconduct.Points earned from competitions, gifts, cashback, and promotional campaigns expire within 14 days.Points that are due to expire are canceled based on a first-in, first-out accounting basis.



Responsibility and Liability Limits
The app administration is not responsible for the improper use of points.The user is fully responsible for maintaining their account and password, and any transactions made through the account are considered to be from the account holder.WalaOne is not liable for any damages of any nature, and the members hereby waive any claims against WalaOne for such damages (whether direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, whether based on a contract, negligence, or other liability theory, even if WalaOne was advised of the possibility of such damages) arising from participation in the program (including, but not limited to, earning or using points or any product, service, or activity related to the program); acts, omissions, products, or services of any person or company providing services or offers related to the program; and/or any failure or delay resulting from the use of this website, including, but not limited to, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in transmission, or computer viruses.

Miscellaneous Provisions
WalaOne has the right, at its discretion and from time to time, to offer members opportunities to earn additional points when purchasing certain products or services, in addition to extra products. These offers may be temporary, and WalaOne reserves the right to amend or cancel these offers at any time. These offers are void where prohibited by law. WalaOne may determine the number of points offered at its discretion, and all special offers involving points or the program are subject to these Program Rules.Claims for uncredited points must be received within 15 days from the date of purchase of eligible products or services. Members must ensure that the points they have earned have been successfully credited to their account. If members believe they have earned points that were not successfully added to their account, they must provide the necessary documents or any acceptable proof to WalaOne, which may include, but is not limited to, invoices and other receipts.The products and/or services eligible for earning points and/or the number of points earned are subject to change by WalaOne at any time without prior notice or liability to members.WalaOne reserves the right to review, amend, change, or discontinue the products or services that allow members to redeem points, whether partially or wholly, and/or the number of points required to redeem any product or service.WalaOne reserves the right to modify or terminate the program, change, cancel, or withdraw any of the terms and conditions at its discretion without providing any reason at any time. WalaOne also reserves the right to suspend participation in the program—either for current or new members—temporarily or permanently. The participating outlets and program partners may change from time to time at WalaOne’s discretion. WalaOne will strive to update and provide accurate information on its website www.walaone.com about these changes, cancellations, additions, withdrawals, or amendments. It is the member’s responsibility to read and accept these terms and conditions carefully. Continuing your membership means you agree to be bound by the latest applicable terms and conditions from time to time. If you do not agree (or cannot comply) with any of the terms and conditions, we advise you to withdraw and cancel your membership.The benefits and offers provided to you through the program may change or be withdrawn without prior notice.
